Chef Charles was graduated from the HKUST Business School before entering Forum Restaurant Ah Yat Abalone. Chef Charles loves to bring happiness and memories to every guests through his food. Charge & Payment:- Min. charge HK$20,000 per night, reference price HK$1,288 per person, depends on the menu upon discussion. No additional service charge nor corkage fee. To confirm your reservation a 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Full payment is required on or before the dinner via FPS, PayMe or Cash. Other Terms & Conditions:- 1. Customers can reschedule once upon 4 days notice (e.g. for 6/30 booking, notice should be made before 6/26) 2.
